This workshop is for parents of adolescents who have no more hair to pull out over their kid! Parents learn the basics of how their teen’s brain works, and the 3 basic things they must know to get them to adulthood.

This workshop helps parents detach from the management of their young adult children’s lives. Parents understand changes in their interactions, re-negotiate their roles, and learn what to expect from their new relationships, including practice boundary-setting skills, and new communications strategies.
